What your visitors will find
I build the pages your customers actually look for — not a generic template.

A design that fits your brand
Safe, nurturing, cheerful but not childish. The site speaks to parents, not children. It should feel warm, trustworthy, and professional — like a place where kids thrive and parents feel confident. Avoid clip-art energy.
Soft, warm pastels — light blue, soft yellow, gentle green, warm peach. Calming and inviting. White or very light backgrounds. Avoid bright primaries that read as "daycare clip art." The palette should say "thoughtful care," not "birthday party."
Humanist stack (Segoe UI, Roboto, sans-serif) for warmth and approachability. Medium weight headings (500–600). Friendly but not bubbly — parents need to take the site seriously. Generous spacing and readable body text.
Your business tools, connected
I integrate with the platforms you already use — styled links, not embedded scripts. Your site stays fast and private.

Compliance handled
I know the regulations for your industry so you don't have to research them.
State licensing
Every state regulates childcare. Display your license number, licensed capacity, and age range. Link to your state's childcare licensing agency. License must be current and posted at the facility — mention this on the website.
Background checks
Staff must pass background checks in all states. State this clearly on the staff or safety page.
Teacher-to-child ratios
Regulated by state and age group. Publishing your ratios builds trust — they're usually better than the minimum.
Health & safety
Immunization requirements, illness exclusion policies, medication administration policies, emergency plans. Required by licensing; publish them.
Mandated reporting
Childcare workers are mandated reporters. This is a legal obligation, not a website item — but it informs your safety messaging.
ADA
Childcare centers must accommodate children with disabilities under ADA. Note inclusive practices.
Food safety
If serving meals/snacks, comply with CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) if participating, and note allergen handling.
Photo consent
Never post children's photos without written parent consent. If showing kids on the website, get specific media release forms.
Content that keeps visitors coming back
Developmental milestones, parenting tips, activity ideas for home, curriculum highlights, staff spotlights, holiday event recaps, enrollment open dates, summer program announcements, community partnership features, nutrition and meal planning, seasonal crafts and learning activities.
Your industry calendar
I'll surface seasonal content ideas so your site stays timely and relevant.
- Week of the Young Child — NAEYC-sponsored. Activities, parent engagement, curriculum highlights.
- Provider Appreciation Day — Staff spotlights, parent thank-you campaigns.
- Child Care Aware Month — Awareness of childcare access and quality. Community engagement.
