Anglesite

Privacy

Last updated: 2026-05-11

The short version

Anglesite is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party JavaScript, and tracks no one across the web. The only personal data we receive is what you send us through the contact form — your name, your email address, and your message — and we only use it to reply.

What this site collects

Contact form

If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you send. That information is forwarded by email to the site owner and is used to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not share or sell your information.

The contact form is processed by a small piece of code running on Cloudflare's network and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile is privacy-respecting and does not use tracking cookies.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived access logs containing IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps. Cloudflare uses these logs to operate the network and protect against abuse, and their handling is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not download, retain, or share these logs.

Analytics

When enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregates page-view counts at the network level. It does not build profiles of individual visitors and does not share data with any advertising network.

What this site does not do

Third parties that may see your IP

A small badge in the footer is an image hosted by the Green Web Foundation. Loading that image lets their server see your IP address and which page you were on. We include it because it verifies the site is hosted on renewable energy.

Your rights

Because we only receive data when you choose to send it through the contact form, asserting your rights is simple: contact us and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top of this page will be updated. The site's revision history is publicly available in our source repository.
